Blue Robin Travel Member-Get-Member Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Period
    1.1 This Promotion (“Promo”) will run from April 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025(“Promo Period”).
  2. Definitions
    2.1 Referrer:     A select BRT client who has received an SMS and/or email invitation from Blue Robin Travel (“BRT”) to participate in this Promo.
    2.2 Referral: A new client or a previous client of BRT who has not had any confirmed travel arrangements with BRT for at least 24 months. “Confirmed travel arrangements” are defined as bookings that have been accepted and finalized by BRT (excluding tentative or provisional arrangements).
    2.3 Reward: A benefit awarded to a Referrer for each qualified Referral, as detailed in Section 6.
  3. Eligibility and Referral Requirements
    3.1 Referrer Eligibility:     Only BRT clients who have received an SMS and/or email invitation to participate in this Promo are eligible to act as Referrers.
    3.2 Referral Eligibility:
         a. Referrals must be either new clients or previous clients with no confirmed travel arrangements with BRT in the past 24 months.
     b. Referrals must be submitted to BRT within the Promo Period. Any submissions received outside of this period will not be considered.
     c. The Referral must not be the Referrer’s spouse, child, or direct descendant. (Any additional relationship restrictions will be at BRT’s sole discretion.)
  4. Booking Requirements for Referrals
    4.1 The Referral must book and pay for international travel arrangementswith BRT. For the purpose of this Promo, “international travel arrangements” specifically refer to a land arrangement packagethat includes accommodations, tours, and transfers.
    4.2 Bookings for local travel or travel within the Philippines will not qualify.
    4.3 The Referral must book for a group of at least four (4) people, excluding the Referrer even if the Referrer is traveling with the group.
    4.4 All bookings must be completed and paid for by March 31, 2026.
  5. Consent and Data Privacy
    5.1 The Referrer must obtain explicit prior consentfrom each Referral to disclose and share their personal information (including name, phone number, email address, and other contact details) with BRT for Promo purposes.
    5.2 BRT will handle all personal information in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
  6. Reward Structure and Fulfillment
    6.1 For each qualified Referral, the Referrer is entitled to get PHP 10,000 Worth of Electronic Gift Certificates– To be redeemed via Giftaway.ph and delivered to the Referrer’s nominated email address.
    6.2 Redemption is final. Once the reward is issued, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or converted to cash or any other form.
  7. Reward Redemption and Issuance
    7.1 The reward will be issued to the Referrer within thirty (30) calendar daysfollowing the Referral’s payment settlement date.
    7.2 The Referrer will be notified via email once the reward has been processed.
    7.3 The Referrer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information. BRT will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery of rewards due to incorrect information provided by the Referrer.
  8. Duplicate Submissions and Group Splitting
    8.1 In cases where multiple submissions are received for the same Referral, only the submission with the earliest recorded timestamp shall be eligible for the reward.
    8.2 Splitting a group booking to circumvent the minimum group requirement is strictly prohibited. Only one group booking per customized travel arrangement will be considered eligible for a reward.
  9. Cancellations and Refunds
    9.1 All Referral bookings are subject to BRT’s standard cancellation and refund policies.
    9.2 Should a Referral booking be canceled or refunded, any corresponding reward shall be forfeited.
  10. Modifications and Termination of the Promotion
    10.1 BRT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances or regulatory changes.
    10.2 Modifications or termination will not affect Referrers with pending, qualified Referrals as of the effective date of such changes.
  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
    11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
  12. Tax Implications
    12.1 Any tax liabilities associated with the receipt of rewards are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
    12.2 Referrers are advised to consult a tax professional regarding any tax implications arising from participation in the Promotion.
  13. General Provisions
    13.1 By participating in this Promotion, the Referrer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
    13.2 A failure by BRT to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
    13.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
